Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all organic material tags and labels are still attached.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our farm team inspects the return for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
